"PERFORMANCE AND HEART RATE VARIABILITY" SEMINAR

ASTRE/HYPOXPERF SYMPOSIUM ON ENVIRONMENTAL STRE
Since the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games, more and more federations have made the choice to integrate environmental stress into their preparation (altitude, hypoxia, humidity, heat). Following on from previous meetings of the grand INSEP network, the " Support to performance in environmental stress " (ASTRE) network and the people in charge of the HYPOXPERF research project organized a symposium on performance and environmental stress on Monday July 3, 2023 at INSEP

Seminar on deployment of the mental dimension
On June 1rst and 2nd, the Grand INSEP network gathered at the CREPS in Reims for a seminar on the deployment of the mental dimension in eliteThe program for this seminar focused particularly on the recent publication of the second version of the booklet "Accompagner le déploiement de la dimension mentale dans le sport de haut niveau" ("Supporting the deployment of the mental dimension in elite sport").

Signature du contrat d'objectif et de performance 2020-2024
Établissement public à caractère scientifique, culturel et professionnel, l’INSEP ambitionne de conforter son rôle de campus spécialisé dans la haute performance au plan national et international.
Son expertise et son rôle d’accompagnement des sportifs et des fédérations sur le champ du haut niveau ayant été confortés par la création l’année dernière de l’Agence Nationale du Sport (ANS). Ce mardi 04 février, l’INSEP a ainsi signé le fruit de son travail partagé entre les principaux acteurs du sport de haut niveau, s’inscrivant dans ce nouveau cadre institutionnel : le contrat d’objectifs et de performance.
