Until October 19, the spotlight is on Europe and the various programs set up by the 2 French Erasmus+ agencies and their partners to facilitate mobility and sharing in terms of European and global openness.

On Tuesday, after an introduction by INSEP General Manager Fabien Canu, Nelly and Mathieu Roumégous, heads of the two French agencies, officially launched this special week. They then gave the floor to speakers from various sectors, who explained how Erasmus+ is a key tool for the practice of sport, and described the prospects offered by European cooperation to establishments with expertise in the field of sport.

INSEP is fully involved in a number of large-scale Erasmus+ projects and programs, such as Fesport, Ex-Aequo, Mentis, Empatia and ESC2, designed to promote sport and peer-to-peer exchanges to enhance mutual skills.

At the end of the morning, participants were invited to attend the closing address by the Recteur de l'Académie de Paris, Mr. Bernard Beignier, who praised the great opportunities offered by these programs, which are designed to benefit as many people as possible, whatever their gender, age or category (student, work-study student, job-seeker, association volunteer...).

Everyone can benefit from these exchanges to become an enlightened, accomplished and fulfilled European citizen!
